Every feature is included in every plan, and credit notes are never counted. Beyond the monthly limit, your orders wait and are invoiced as soon as you change plan: nothing is lost. The subscription is billed by Shopify, in US dollars.
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep the invoice offered by Shopify?
No: a store must have a single invoice numbering sequence. Stop the other solution before turning Impec on.
Does Impec handle sales outside France?
Impec invoices orders in euros, with French VAT or under the VAT franchise. Exports outside the European Union and reverse charge are not supported yet: the order is then flagged, without an invoice.
What language are invoices in?
French, as required by law in France. The app itself is shown in French or English depending on your Shopify admin language.
What happens to my invoices if I uninstall Impec?
They are deleted 48 hours after uninstalling. First download the full archive from the Exports page: you must keep them for 10 years.
